About the Framework
A clinically grounded model developed to clarify why anxiety persists — and what meaningful change actually involves.
The Anxiety Framework was developed through extensive clinical work with adults struggling with anxiety, relational patterns, and persistent internal stress.
I am a licensed clinical psychologist in Norway, a specialist in adult clinical psychology, and EuroPsy certified (European Certificate in Psychology).
My clinical focus has centered on how anxiety organizes behavior — not only internally, but in relationships, identity, responsibility, and long-term life direction.
Across clinical settings, one pattern became clear: many people do not primarily suffer from anxiety itself — but from the learned system that forms around it.
This framework translates clinical insight into structured psychological models. It is designed to clarify how anxiety is learned, how it is reinforced, and how meaningful psychological change becomes possible.
The aim is not symptom suppression. The aim is structural change.
